since life is getting more and more stressful
many people will tend to have some mental problem and depression
sometimes it's good that if we can spend some time
to relax ourselves
not thinking of anything
jus nothing
learn to relax
and get over with some issues that anger you
however
there are bound to have issues that we can never get over
even if you dun think of them
they will jus come into mind on their own
there's no control over that
